ARF Realty was founded on a simple conviction: international buyers deserve a real estate experience that is as sophisticated, personal, and seamless as the properties they seek. Based in the heart of Brickell, Miami's dynamic financial district, we specialize in luxury residential real estate for a global clientele. Our founder, Alex Fernandes, brings over 28 years of entrepreneurial experience as CEO of Grupo das Bombas ARF, Brazil's largest pump distributor, a company he built from the ground up starting at age 13. That same drive, discipline, and commitment to excellence now powers ARF Realty.
